Orders are sent to us on WhatsApp or email and confirmed with you before dispatch. We share the payment details and delivery charges when we confirm.

Warranty and returns
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Keep your invoice. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order details and photos and we will help with the replacement or warranty process.
Privacy
We use your name, phone number, email and address only to handle your order or answer your message. We do not sell your information.
